Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and support positive clinical outcomes. The RN will assess patient needs, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

  • Monitor patient conditions and document changes in health status

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed

  • Perform and assist with diagnostic tests and procedures

  • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans

  • Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and support staff as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation

  • Ensure compliance with infection control standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate interventions

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)

  • 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may be considered)

  • Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications preferred based on unit)

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-care skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Commitment to ethical nursing practice and patient-centered care

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and reposition patients for extended periods

  • Manual dexterity to operate medical equipment and perform clinical procedures

  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations

Work Environment
  • Hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, or specialty units

  • Shifts may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations
