The role requires caring for patients in a general medicine unit. This unit has a bed capacity of 24 with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:6. Candidates must be adaptable, professional, and patient-centered. The facility provides a wide range of medical services and specialized care. Nurses are expected to work every other weekend with no call requirements. Dress code includes wearing navy blue scrubs with specific grooming standards. Ideal candidates should possess the ability to commit to established processes and be comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
