Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge, 1 unit secretary, 9-10 RN, 4 CNA o Night Shift 1 Charge, 9-10RN, 4 CNA Patient Ratios 1:5-6 days, 1:6 nights Type of equipment - EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Previous med/surg nursing experience in acute care setting Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
