This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,950, based on three 12-hour night shifts, providing an excellent opportunity to expand your acute care and cardiac monitoring skills in a reputable Massachusetts healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities of the MedSurg/Tele RN:
- Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor cardiac rhythms
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic documentation
- Support patient education, discharge planning, and care coordination
Requirements of the MedSurg/Tele RN:
- Active Massachusetts RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- BLS and ACLS required.
- Minimum 2 years of recent MedSurg or Telemetry experience
- Strong cardiac interpretation and acute care clinical skills
