Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – New Hampshire

Start Date: April 13, 2026
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts preferred, every other weekend; 1:5 patient ratio (days), 1:6 patient ratio (nights)

  • Comprehensive support staff including unit secretary coverage (7am-11pm) and patient care technicians
  • Advanced unit equipment including remote telemetry monitoring, vein finders, and brand new blood pressure machines
  • Strong team culture with established Unit Practice Council and excellent employee retention rates
  • Opportunity to participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds (Mon-Fri)

Requirements:

  • Active RN License
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Strong medical-surgical skillset including head-to-toe assessment and orthopedic care knowledge
  • Proficiency in IV medication administration (heparin drip, Lasix drip, IVP medications, insulin management)
  • Experience with advanced wound care including drain management and wound vacs
  • Competency in central line management (PICC, HD catheter, midlines)
  • Knowledge of NGT/G-tube care, parenteral nutrition, and various catheter types
  • Postoperative patient care experience
