Job Summary

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, coordinates with healthcare teams, and ensures patients receive high-quality medical treatment. The RN assesses patient health problems, develops care plans, administers medications, and supports patients and their families throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient health conditions.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

  • Record patient symptoms, vital signs, and medical histories.

  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.

  • Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and post-care.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Operate and monitor medical equipment.

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety regulations, and infection control procedures.

  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the relevant nursing board.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred for most roles).
