Seven Healthcare is excited to present an excellent travel opportunity for an experienced Obstetrics LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Travel Registered Nurse in Cooperstown, New York. This contract offers a competitive weekly rate of $3,800, based on four 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, providing a great opportunity to expand your perinatal nursing skills within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

- Provide comprehensive nursing care throughout the full perinatal continuum: labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
- Monitor maternal and fetal status, interpret fetal heart tracings, and respond appropriately to changes
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, including pre- and post-op care
- Support breastfeeding, newborn care, and patient education
- Collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesiologists, pediatric teams, and support staff
- Recognize and respond promptly to obstetric emergencies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- Active New York RN license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN, Minimum 2 years of recent Obs L&D, LDRP, or Postpartum experience
- Strong assessment skills and ability to care for both mother and newborn
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
