Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $2,849 per week in Torrance, CA

Schedule: AM shift focus with weekend flexibility required; ability to float to Mother Baby unit; 24-hour orientation provided

• Active Labor & Delivery unit with 210-240 births per month serving low and high-risk patients
• Care for diverse patient population including antepartum patients with multiples, hypertensive disorders, diabetic conditions, and multiple system issues
• Epic charting system; free parking and flexible scrub colors
• 356-bed acute care facility with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
• AWHONN standards followed with 1:1 ratio for active labor patients
• Opportunity to circulate and recover cesarean sections, PP D&C procedures

• Minimum 3 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• Valid California RN license (must be active prior to submission)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Advanced (or C-EFM accepted in lieu of AWHONN Advanced)
• Epic charting system experience required
• Strong telemetry interpretation skills, scrubbing and circulating for C-sections, IUPC placement and calibration experience
• Preceptor skills strongly preferred
• Willingness to float to Mother Baby unit and work weekend shifts
• LA County fire card required within 30 days of start
