Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse – Oregon

Start Date: April 21, 2026
Location: Coos Bay, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Every other weekend required; on-call schedule to be determined

Highlights:
  • Work in a comprehensive LDRP unit managing OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery care
  • No OR circulation or scrubbing required – focus exclusively on Labor & Delivery nursing
  • Utilize OBIX fetal surveillance system and EPIC electronic health record
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality maternal and newborn care
  • Opportunity to teach and support patients, families, and support persons throughout their care journey
  • Contract rate of $90/hour
Requirements:
  • Active Oregon RN license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience with current fetal heart monitoring competency
  • BLS certification through American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Experience with OBIX and EPIC systems highly preferred
  • Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) and STABLE certifications highly preferred
  • Current skills checklist (within 1 year) and professional resume required for submission
