Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery - $1,794 per week in Smyrna, TN

Location: Smyrna, Tennessee

Schedule: 4 weekend shifts per month; 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

• 9-bed Labor & Delivery unit with 3 swing rooms, 2 operating rooms, and 3-bed observation unit
• Laborist team model with 24/7 midwife support, dedicated CRNA, and OBGYN on-call coverage
• Electronic documentation via CPN and Meditech systems
• Perform advanced procedures including OR circulating, IUPC, FSE, magnesium sulfate administration, JADA system for postpartum hemorrhage, and nitrous oxide support
• Couplet care model promoting family-centered care and breastfeeding support with donor milk availability
• 8-bed Level II NICU on-site with 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner coverage

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Fetal monitoring certification required
• Labor and delivery nursing experience
• Advanced skills in Spinning Babies and STABLE helpful but not required
