Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: 2 years current Interventional Radiology/RN experience, Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology experience, CCU experience License: Massachusetts RN license Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active American Heart Association ACLS, Defibrillation Certification Must-Have: Ability to function independently and proficiently in a high-stress, work-intensive environment Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Interventional Radiology for a 13-week assignment. The shift will be from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 8 hours worked each day. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of current Interventional Radiology RN experience. Experience in Cardiac Cath and Electrophysiology along with CCU experience is required. A Massachusetts RN license is mandatory. Candidates must hold an active American Heart Association BLS certification and an active ACLS certification. Defibrillation certification is also required. The role includes performing minimally invasive procedures utilizing imaging modalities. Responsibilities may include angiograms, central line placements, and patient pre- and post-care for biopsies. Attendance at all mandatory education is required. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment. Any requested time off must be noted prior to submission.
