Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
Highlights:
- 64-bed Intermediate Care Unit with 15 designated neuro beds
- Diverse case mix including neuro, cardiac, trauma, respiratory (COPD), DKA, sepsis, MI, cardiovascular stepdown, and post-operative patients
- Specialty equipment experience: temporary pacers, chest tubes, arterial lines, BiPAP, Neptune, and chronic ventilators with respiratory therapy support
- EPIC EMR system
- Float opportunities to support additional units as needed
- Adult patient population (18 years and older)
Requirements:
- Active New York RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent IMCU/PCU experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Valid driver's license
