Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN Supervisor CICU to oversee clinical operations within a high-acuity cardiac intensive care unit. This role is responsible for supporting nursing leadership, coordinating patient care delivery, and ensuring high standards of clinical excellence.

The position involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to manage unit activities, guide nursing staff, and maintain a patient-centered care environment focused on safety and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the cardiac intensive care unit
Support and mentor nursing staff, including charge nurses and team members
Coordinate patient care activities to ensure optimal clinical outcomes
Monitor compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
Assist in staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
Ensure adherence to nursing standards and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Nursing
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
