Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). This critical role requires a compassionate professional who can provide expert patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the best outcomes for our critically ill patients. Pay Package: $2,460 Weekly
Shift: 7pm - 7:30am

Required Skills

• Valid RN license for Iowa or Compact
• Current ACLS and BLS certification (AHA BLS required)
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure

Nice to Have Skills

• Pediatric or adult ICU specialization certifications
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Prior experience in fast-paced or tertiary care settings

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 2 years working in ICU or critical care units

Other Requirements

• Flexibility to work 7pm - 7:30am shifts, including every other weekend and holiday
• Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state
