Pay Rate: $2,100 – $2,350 per week
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Kearney, NE. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and the ability to provide high-quality care to patients with life-threatening conditions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and response to treatment
Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life-support treatments
Operate and manage critical care equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
Active Nebraska RN License
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Required
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification – Required
Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
