Unit profile includes a critical care setting with patient care responsibilities. The role includes caring for adult patients in a high-acuity environment. The unit typically has a specific number of beds with defined patient ratios. The team uses EHR for documentation and patient management. The ideal candidate should be willing to work night shifts. A flexible personality fit with a strong ability to work with various patient populations is preferred. Candidates must exhibit professionalism and comply with the dress code.
