We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health for a 13-week contract assignment in Williston, ND. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting, supporting patients in maintaining independence and improving their overall health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and home care techniques
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
- Ensure compliance with home health regulations and safety standards
- Travel to patient homes within the assigned coverage area
- Active RN license in the state of North Dakota or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
