This full-time night shift role is ideal for a critical care RN with strong Emergency Department or ICU experience who thrives in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide rapid assessment and high-quality nursing care to critically ill and emergent patients
- Triage, stabilise, and manage complex patient presentations across all acuity levels
- Interpret and monitor telemetry strips
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, ED technicians, and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly
- Support a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high patient turnover
- Participate in self-scheduling and weekend rotation requirements
- 12-hour shifts
- Varied start times: 7:00 pm, 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm, 12:00 am, 1:00 am, or 3:00 am
- Modified self-scheduling model
- Four weekend shifts per four-week schedule block
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years' recent Emergency Department, ICU, or Critical Care RN experience (within the last three years)
- Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
- Must reside 100+ miles from the facility to qualify for sign-on and relocation incentives
- Active RN licence (Arizona or compact)
- Strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and rapid response skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department setting
