- Deliver direct patient care in a Level 1 Trauma Center ED
- Triage and manage patients with acute, critical, and neuro/stroke-related conditions
- Administer medications, initiate IVs, perform wound care, and respond to emergencies
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient status and document using Meditech
