Shift: Night Shift (12-hour shifts, 3 days/week)
Pay Rate: $2,600 – $2,800 per week

We are seeking a highly skilled and fast-paced Registered Nurse (RN) – ER to join a healthcare facility in Red Bluff, CA. The ER RN will provide immediate and critical care to patients experiencing acute illnesses or injuries in a high-pressure emergency department setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide rapid assessment and triage of patients in the emergency department
- Deliver direct patient care for a wide range of conditions, including trauma and acute illness
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to life-threatening situations
- Assist with emergency procedures such as intubation, trauma resuscitation, and cardiac care
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (CA or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years of ER experience
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification preferred
- Strong triage and emergency response skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
