Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,521 per week in Washington, DC

Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts, night shift

• Fast-paced Emergency Department treating a diverse patient population including trauma, critical care, pediatric, psychiatric, and urgent care patients
• Bedside trauma RN role with 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratios
• Critical care skills utilized including medication titrations, arterial line management, mass transfusion protocols, and chest tube care
• Cerner EMR system in use
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility location
• Opportunity to work in a comprehensive emergency care setting with varied case mix and acuity levels

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington, DC (or eligible for licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
• Minimum 3 years of Emergency Department experience required
• NIHSS, TNCC, BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• BSN highly desired
• Must be willing and able to work in the trauma room as bedside trauma RN
• Must be comfortable managing 1:5 patient ratios
