Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency and critical care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced ER setting
- Perform triage, assessment, treatment, and stabilization for acute conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective care
- Administer medications and IV therapies per protocols
- Educate and support patients’ families through treatment and recovery process
- Float to other units as assigned, within scope of experience
