Job Summary
A Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, monitoring patient health, administering medications, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The RN ensures patient safety, supports treatment plans, and promotes overall patient wellbeing.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess patient health conditions and record medical histories.
Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Develop and implement nursing care plans.
Assist doctors during examinations and medical procedures.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
Respond quickly to medical emergencies and provide critical care when required.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (BSN or equivalent).
Valid Registered Nurse license from a recognized nursing council.
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
Previous clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is an advantage.
