Location: Big Sky, MT
Assignment Type: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Variable Shift (12-hour shifts, 3 days/week)
Pay Rate: $2,200 – $2,500 per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable ER Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment in Big Sky, MT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality emergency care to patients with a wide range of acute and critical conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform rapid patient assessment, triage, and prioritization of care

  • Provide treatment for emergency conditions including trauma, cardiac events, and acute illnesses

  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions

  • Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition

  • Operate emergency equipment such as cardiac monitors, defibrillators, and ventilators

  • Collaborate with physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment and discharge plans

Requirements:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Montana (or compact state license)

  • Minimum 2 years of ER/Emergency Room experience

  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required

  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required

  • Strong triage, critical thinking, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
