Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,911 to $2,106 per week in Honokaa, HI

Job Description:

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment. General Job duties include multitasking and efficiently working independently. Equipment utilized includes Meditech EMR, Life pack Defibrillators, Braun IV pumps, Philips Monitoring Systems, and Motorola Radio Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Floating to other units/departments as determined by nursing administration.
• One on-call shift per roster and at least one weekend off per roster.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience.
• Proficient IV skills; familiar with Stroke, STEMI, and Trauma activations.
• Understands core measures and National Patient Safety Goals.
• Familiar with AIDET and Press Ganey patient customer services.
• Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, NIHSS.
• Certifications requested (not mandatory): NCI and Procedural Sedation.
