Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,878 per week in Asheville, NC

Location: Asheville, North Carolina

Schedule: Every other weekend required; flexible scheduling based on departmental needs

• High-volume facility with over 100,000 annual visits; patient ratios typically 4:1 for medical cases
• Cerner documentation system; Baxter pumps and GE monitoring equipment
• Support staff includes techs for cardiac monitoring, triage, and internal processing; unit clerks on days and nights
• Flexibility to work across all ED sections; no floating outside the Emergency Department
• Comprehensive orientation with focus on AIDET patient experience standards and real-time coaching culture

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in North Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting
• Experience in a Level 2 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, or high-volume ED preferred
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before start date
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Strong teamwork mentality with ability to provide and receive feedback in real time
