Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,797 per week in Brownsville, TX

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 4:1 patient ratio; two weekends per schedule required; no on-call

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills with ESI guideline knowledge
• Experience with trauma and cardiac alert protocols including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis care
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Meditech experience preferred
