Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,654 per week in Brownsville, TX

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 4:1 patient ratios; 2 weekends per schedule required, no on-call

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required or must be obtained
• Strong triage and critical thinking skills with ESI guideline knowledge
• Proven trauma and cardiac alert experience with complex patient populations
• Competency in IV insertion, EKGs, wound care, splinting, and medication administration
• Experience with moderate sedation, code response, and rapid sequence intubation
