Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,649 per week in Brownsville, TX

Location: Brownsville, Texas

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 4:1 patient ratio, 2 weekends per schedule, no on-call required

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (TNCC, ENPC, and CPI preferred)
• Strong triage skills and ability to apply ESI guidelines
• Proficiency in IV insertion, medication administration, EKGs, splinting, and wound care
• Experience with moderate sedation, code response, intubation assistance, and rapid sequence intubation
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
• Experience with Meditech documentation system preferred
