Description: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse provides high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The department consists of 37 beds and offers L2 Trauma capabilities. The staff includes 73 Full-Time Equivalents across various shifts. Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 7 Registered Nurses, 2 Techs/Paramedics, and 5 mid-shift Registered Nurses and Techs. Night shift staffing includes similar roles to ensure continuous care. Patient ratios are maintained at 1:4 in designated zones. Equipment includes GE monitors and the EMR system used is MediTech. Registered Nurses will perform typical emergency procedures as needed. Ideal candidates will be high energy, self-motivated, and amicable. Four weekend shifts are required within a four-week period. There is no on-call requirement. The dress code includes royal blue scrubs.
