Job Title: Nurse Educator Profession: RN Specialty: Nursing Inservice Education Duration: 14 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required. License: New York State RN License Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: - Two (2) years of Med/Surg experience. - Solid clinical background. - Strong Labor & Delivery skills. - Master's in Education strongly preferred. Description: The candidate will provide coverage for all of inpatient maternity care. Support education for labor and delivery, NICU, and postpartum. A minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience is required. The position will not extend beyond the original 14-week engagement. Education should include an Associate's Degree from an accredited Nursing Program. Preferred education and qualifications will not be specified.
