Position: Nurse Practice Educator
Location: Franklin, NH 03235
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Shift: Day
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Contract Duration: 14 weeks
Weekly Guarantee: 40 hours

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practice Educator to join our team in Franklin, NH. In this role, you will provide clinical education and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and professional development within our healthcare environment.

• Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff.

• Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to enhance clinical skills.

• Evaluate staff competency and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify educational needs and implement solutions.

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.

• Previous experience as a Nurse Educator or similar role preferred.
