Job Title: Director of Labor & Delivery

Pay: $3400 weekly
Location: Grand Junction, CO
Required Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Masters degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership or management experience in healthcare settings
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado or ability to obtain
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
- Proven ability to lead clinical teams, implement quality improvement initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Maternal or neonatal certifications are highly preferred
- Experience working within hospital or healthcare facility leadership roles
- Familiarity with maternal and neonatal care standards and best practices
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado RN license
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP are required
- Expected to support departmental staffing, resource management, and budget oversight
- Willingness to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals and hospital leadership
