NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced nursing leader currently serving as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager for a distinguished senior living community focused on memory care.   • Interdisciplinary Leadership: Collaborate with elite medical partners, pharmacies, and specialists to provide a seamless health experience for residents.

  • Quality Assurance: Drive the community's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to maintain a "deficiency-free" standard.

  • Fiscal Oversight: Manage the clinical budget, including staffing ratios, labor costs, and medical supply inventory.

Qualifications
  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Must be eligible for California endorsement).

  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience as a DON, ADON, or Resident Care Manager in Senior Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing.

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations and a track record of successful surveys.

  • Communication: Polished leadership presence with the ability to build rapport with affluent families and medical professionals.

  • Adaptability: High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced Silicon Valley environment.
