Job Opportunity – Case Manager RN – Alaska

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8 Days (shift times vary between 0700-1700), 72 guaranteed hours per 2 weeks, every other weekend or 4 weekend days per 4-week schedule

  • 13-week assignment with flexibility to float within case management services

Requirements:

  • Active Alaska RN license (must be in hand for auto offer consideration)
  • Current BLS certification required
  • ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care hospital setting required
  • Epic EMR experience strongly required
  • Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization of Milliman Guidelines
  • Must reside at least 50 miles from facility
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last three years
  • Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
