  • Minimum two years of current care/case management experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Two years of patient care experience in hospital, home health, or skilled nursing
  • Minimum one year of travel nursing experience
  • Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records, Outlook, Microsoft Office Word, and Excel
  • Case Manager Certification (CCM or ACM) must be obtained within two years of hire if not already held
  • Fingerprinting clearance required prior to start date
