This contract offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,700, based on five 8-hour day shifts per week, providing an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical expertise and leadership skills in a respected healthcare facility focused on patient-centered care and efficient care coordination.

- Active RN license (Illinois or compact state) required
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital-based Case Management experience
- Strong understanding of utilization review, discharge planning, and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
