Job Title: Clinic Care Coordinator Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Management Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekdays, Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Case Management License: Valid nursing license as required Certifications: None specified Must-Have: Three years of Case Management experience Description: Clinic Care Coordinator positions within the Surgery Outpatient Clinic. Collaborate with nursing staff and providers for patient care. Weekdays only, with no weekends or holidays. Housing information can be found in the Facility Group Document section. Travelers may be expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This may include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting. Travelers may also be tasked with answering call lights, phones, etc. Position is an opportunity for skilled nursing professionals in a focused outpatient environment.
