Travel Nurse RN - Case Manager - $2,418 per week in Santa Rosa, CA

Location: Santa Rosa, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Full-time assignment; 2 weekends every 6 weeks; no call required; patient ratio approximately 20:1

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience required
• Current work history within the past 2 years in case management (hard stop requirement)
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Experience with care coordination, discharge planning, prior authorizations, and DME arrangements
• Knowledge of InterQual criteria, medical necessity determination, and evidence-based guidelines
• Familiarity with HMO/IPA models, CMS, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards
• Community hospital, LTAC, or trauma center experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted with clinical approval
