Schedule: Full-time assignment; 2 weekends every 6 weeks; no call required; patient ratio approximately 20:1

Requirements:
- Active California RN license or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience required
- Current work history within the past 2 years in case management (hard stop requirement)
- BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Experience with care coordination, discharge planning, prior authorizations, and DME arrangements
- Knowledge of InterQual criteria, medical necessity determination, and evidence-based guidelines
- Familiarity with HMO/IPA models, CMS, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance standards
- Community hospital, LTAC, or trauma center experience preferred
- First-time travelers accepted with clinical approval
