Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Case Manager Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum 1 year of home health case management experience required; OASIS experience required License: Active VA nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS courses must be through the American Heart Association Must-Have: - Proficiency in OASIS - Experience in adult home health case management - One supervisory reference required Description: Home health case management experience is required. OASIS experience is required and must be proficient. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS rate. Candidates are not allowed to work both travel assignments and per diem contracts simultaneously. All managers will call to interview selected candidates. Candidates must ensure they are familiar with the job description. Candidates must have specialty experience within the last year. Floating may be requested based on the facility's needs. Compliance candidates must have active licensure in hand at the time of submission. Charting experience: EPIC experience is required for all acute care settings. Education requirements include NIH and stroke education for RNs. Requests for time off should be kept to a minimum during assignments. Candidates must provide proof of compact license if applicable. Any requests for time off must be made during initial submission. No additional requests for time off will be approved after an offer has been given.
