Travel Nurse RN - Cardiovascular Unit - $2,630 per week in Plantation, FL

Location: Plantation, Florida

Schedule: Day shift primary; on-call rotation required approximately every other day and every other weekend

Highlights:

• Work in a 2-suite dedicated cardiovascular operating room performing complex open heart procedures
• Comprehensive case mix including CABG, valve replacements (MVR/AVR), pacemakers, laser lead extractions, thoracic procedures, and endovascular cases
• Collaborative team environment with 2:1 patient ratios and full surgical team support
• Utilize modern equipment including TEE, ultrasound, and specialized open heart instrumentation
• Documentation via Meditech EMR system
• Opportunity for cross-training with lunch relief coverage in multiple surgical specialties including vascular, robotics, general, orthopedic, neuro/spine, urology, podiatry, thoracic, and plastic surgery

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute CVOR experience required
• Experience with minimally invasive cardiac procedures strongly preferred
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation
• Experience with TAVR and mitral clip standby procedures preferred
