Total hours: 40 Cath Lab RN (Scrub) - 8hr Days (Variable start time) - Appleton, WI **Previous travel required - 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of Corporate in Neenah, WI ** Contract Length: 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40

Shift: 8hr days (variable start time)
Shift times: 0630 and 0730 Start Times
Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all Facilities - Float to Neenah Specials Department
On Call: Minimum of once per week. Weekends and Holidays as needed - 30 min response time
Weekends: As needed - due to call
Holidays: As needed - due to call
Required License/Certs: WI RN & AHA BLS & AHA ACLS
Minimum of 3+ years experience
Required Skillset: Scrub IR, Cath & Structural Heart Procedures
Primary Cases/Procedure Types: Cath, EP, IR, Vascular
NO NEW TRAVELERS - must have at least one completed contract
Scrub Colors: Provided 50 MILE RADIUS RULE - no travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of Billing: Sunday - Saturday
8hrs unbillable orientation GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
