This role involves no call, no weekends, and no holidays. The RN will provide care to adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The nurse will be responsible for observing and maintaining proper patient ratios. Skills in various surgical procedures, such as tonsillectomy and cholecystectomy, are necessary. The RN is expected to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. Maintaining a safe and sterile environment is critical. The position requires attention to detail and strong communication skills. Knowledge of minor procedures, such as myringotomy and hernia repairs, is essential. The nurse will ensure that all clinical care is delivered in a professional manner.
