Registered Nurse 

A Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, coordinates treatment plans, and supports patients and families in achieving optimal health outcomes. The RN works collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff to deliver safe, high-quality, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, monitor, and document patients’ conditions and vital signs

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results

  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations

  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary

  • Ensure infection control and safety standards are maintained

  • Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants, or support staff (if applicable)

Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice

  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred for certain departments)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred, depending on role)

  • Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and medical terminology
