The position involves providing care for patients diagnosed with cancer. You will offer psychosocial support through individual and group counseling. Promotion of wellness and care coordination for cancer survivors is essential. Support for family planning and address sexual function concerns are provided. Holistic evaluations and complementary medicine alternatives will be part of the role. Collaboration with various specialists for rehabilitation and emotional support is needed. You will assist in setting up and conducting medical procedures. Administrative tasks will include medication reconciliation and follow-up calls.
