Position: RN – Ambulatory Clinic
Location: Milwaukee, Wi.
Shift: Days – 4x9s (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Duties
- Provide care to patients and support their families
- Work with a healthcare team to plan and deliver treatment
- Assess patient health and create care plans
- Educate patients about their health and treatment
- Coordinate care across different services
- Handle phone consultations and e-visits
- Perform or assist with minor procedures in the clinic
- Ensure patient safety and quality care
- Help improve healthcare processes
- May work in other departments if needed
