The role includes performing care assessments and triage of new and ongoing patients by phone, in the clinic, or in coordination with other healthcare team members through various communication methods. The RN Navigator will also be responsible for ensuring that patients receive the necessary support during their care journey. Skills in managing NG tubes are required for this position.
