Requirements:

Responsibilities:
• Administer basic healthcare services, including phlebotomy, immunizations, and health assessments.
• Oversee LVNs' work to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate care for individuals with chronic illnesses and manage medication.
• Conduct health record audits and assist with quality improvement programs.
• Provide oversight of all wellness center activities in the absence of the Health and Wellness Manager.
• Function as the medical co-disability coordinator for the center if designated by the Health and Wellness Manager.
• Assist in the development of community linkages for health and disability resources.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Provide services in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards.
• Perform nursing duties within the scope of the current licensure.
• Any other duties assigned.
