- Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Workers Compensation and OSHA
- BLS - AHA
- Licensed as RN in the State of California
- Experience: 4 years nursing experience, 2 of which is physical assessment emergency/ outpatient services, occupational health and /or public health, or a combination of education and experience.
- Essential Technical/Motor Skills: Knowledge of competency in independently performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatments, and techniques in accordance with written medical Protocols.
- Interpersonal Skills: High level of positive interpersonal/communication skills enhancing ability to interact effectively with employees, volunteers, physicians, and vendors. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during variable workloads/strain
