EliteCare Medical Staffing is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Travel Nurse - Registered Dietitian to join our team in Bakersfield. This position provides an excellent opportunity to deliver high-quality nutritional care and education within a supportive healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• Credential: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential or Licensed Dietitian.

Responsibilities:

• Nutritional Care: Conduct quality and regulatory assurance reviews of food and nutrition services, including sanitation, food storage, preparation, and dining services.
• Consultation: Provide nutrition education and counseling for residents/consumers and in-service staff.
• Problem-Solving: Assist facilities in identifying nutritional problem areas and developing effective solutions to improve overall care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
• Stay current with dietary trends and regulations to ensure compliance with standards.
